01Changing plan
Settings → Membership → Upgrade plan. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated by our payment processor.
02Billing, invoices and cancellation
Settings → Membership → Manage billing opens the payment processor's portal, where you can change your card, download invoices and cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your library stays available until the period you have paid for ends.
03Currency and tax
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. Tax is calculated at checkout based on where you are.
04Trials and refunds
See Billing, trials and refunds for the terms, and write to us if a charge looks wrong. We would rather sort it out than have you dispute it.
