01Before you go
Download anything you want to keep. Select assets in the library and download them as a zip of the originals — not previews, the files you uploaded.
02Deleting
- Settings → Data and privacy → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Sign in again when asked. This is the step that proves it is you.
03What happens
Your uploads, galleries, tags and analysis are removed and your membership is cancelled immediately. Billing records are kept because tax law requires it. This cannot be undone.
Finish or cancel any running uploads first — the button waits for them.
