01Where it lives
Your uploads are held in private cloud storage. They are not public, not indexed by search engines, and not shown to other members. Access is checked on every single request against your account and your membership.
02Who can see it
You. People you deliberately add to a team, for that team's assets only. And a very small number of our staff, where you have asked us for help and we cannot answer without looking, or where the law requires it.
03Analysis
Cloud uploads are analysed so they can be searched by description and by similarity, and so tags can be suggested. We do not sell your media, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own purposes.
04Improving the service
Confirming and rejecting suggested tags helps us improve suggestions for everyone. Write to us if you would rather your corrections were not used, and we will exclude your account.
05Getting it out
Download your originals at any time, one file or a zip of many. There is no export fee.
