01Limits
- Images — 25 MB and 100 megapixels
- Video — 10 MB stored; up to 200 MB is compressed in your browser first, or split into shots
- Audio — 25 MB
- 3D — 25 MB
- 250 files at a time; anything beyond that waits in the queue
02Why video is smaller
A stored clip is a reference, not a master. Ten megabytes holds a usable look at a shot; keeping masters would make the library slow and the subscription expensive for everybody.
03When a file is refused
The activity panel names the reason — wrong type, too large, unreadable. Convert and try again. If you believe a file should have been accepted, send it to us and we will look at it.
